Getting advice in Leicester city
Call 0300 330 1025 (9am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday) to get information over the phone or email. Reasonable adjustments will be made for people with disabilities and for those with communication difficulties. Face to face appointments are limited and only available if we are unable to support you over the phone.
A drop-in service is available for clients facing an emergency situation, such as eviction, court action, homelessness, no food/ fuel or abuse. If you are not in any of these situations you will be asked to call the helpline.
