If you are compassionate, practical and strategic, this would be a perfect role for you. Full training will be given in debt, money management and welfare benefits work, and you will be required to complete a DBS check if appointed to one of these posts.
Salary: SPC 9 £20,903 Per annum with a 6% employer pension contribution
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Home based with some office working when face to face work resumes

Job Description
The purpose of this role is to provide advice, assistance and support on debt and welfare benefits through a variety of remote channels including telephone, Attend Anywhere video meetings, email and webchat, and at locations across Leicestershire when face to face work can safely resume.
Some of your duties will include:
- Interviewing clients with sensitive regard for their personal circumstances , ensuring client confidentiality at all times.
- Completing initial assessments with new clients, referring to specialist services where appropriate.
- Giving information and advice to clients enabling them to make informed decisions, empowering them to act on their own behalf.

Job Description
The main purpose of this role is to develop and deliver the Auxiliary Money Support Service (AMSS) in conjunction with the Central Management Team.
Main duties include:
- Working as part of CitAL’s Management Team to implement the organisation’s strategic aims
- Being responsible for service development and delivery of the AMSS services as required
- Demonstrating an understanding of the issues involved in delivering a service to a vulnerable client group
- Engaging with statutory and non statutory agencies to facilitate referrals into the service.

Job Description
To provide administration services , including carrying out initial assessments of client need, for the Auxiliary Money Support Service and the Money Advice Team.
Main duties include:
- Carrying out assessments of a client’s situation, including identifying emergency requirements and deciding on the next best step for the client
- Booking and rearranging clients money advice appointments via a range of channels
- Confirming client appointments via a range of channels
- Corresponding with clients as required Assist in conducting both verbal and written client satisfaction surveys and regular evaluation of the service
- Manage referrals from partner agencies, booking appointments and giving feedback to referrer where agreed.
- Maintain AMSS diary and referral spreadsheet in conjunction with service leader, project workers and money advice administrators.
- Prepare charity applications, with supporting documentation, on behalf of clients as required. Liaise with clients, relevant charities, and AMSS & Money Advice Teamsrect, including any necessary follow up work

These roles are defined as being ‘Mobile Working’ under CitAL’s Home Working policy. This means that you will be based at home, but will need to travel around Leicestershire for client appointments and meetings. Please note that there is a planned cap on travel expenses which has yet to be finalized.
