17 January 2018 – Citizens Advice LeicesterShire launches a new website to make it easier for people to find local advice services
Citizens Advice LeicesterShire has launched a new website at www.citizensadviceleicestershire.org.
The new site is accessible for clients using smartphones and tablets, as well as PCs. It can be easily translated into over 100 languages, including Bulgarian, Gujarati, Hindi, Polish and Urdu.
Visitors to the website can search for a solution to their problem themselves using Citizens Advice’s online self-help pages. The can also access advice by email and find details of their local advice service.
Each local branch (in Coalville, Hinckley, Leicester, Market Harborough, Melton Mowbray, Narborough and Wigston) now has its own page, communicating drop-in times and contact information for outreach services.
The site also contains information about specialist advice services, volunteering, latest news and job opportunities.
