Earlier this month, we successfully delivered specialist debt training for local authority staff — and the response was overwhelmingly positive.

Every learner said that they felt far more confident supporting residents facing financial difficulties after the training.
We asked participants to rate their confidence in their knowledge of debt at the beginning and end of the course. The results are below:
The course scored 4.8 out of 5 for “I would recommend this course to others”, as well as scoring highly for its engaging and inclusive delivery (4.9).
We also received some great feedback, as participants described the course as having “great information, great delivery!” And others highlighted that they felt it was “very well presented” and had given them “more knowledge to talk to clients”.
