Adviceline is available 9am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. It’s not available on public holidays.

*Services are available for residents of Blaby, Harborough, Hinckley & Bosworth, Melton, North West Leicestershire and Oadby & Wigston. For advice services in Charnwood, please contact Citizens Advice Charnwood.

Advice appointments

Primarily, we offer telephone appointments but if you need to speak to our Advisers face to face or via video, this is possible too. Please contact us by telephone first to discuss your issue – 0808 2787854.

If you want to drop in

We don’t offer drop-ins in our offices but we have a number of regular community advice sessions – no appointment is needed.

Opening times: 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, 9.30am – 12.30pm

North West Leicestershire Customer Centre

Opening times: Fridays, 9.30am – 1pm

Please note, we can usually see a maximum of 5 clients during the drop-in opening hours.
