Citizens Advice LeicesterShire is here for everyone, whoever you are and whatever your problem. We share knowledge to transform lives – informing, empowering and campaigning on the tough issues that affect our clients daily.

Our advice is more in demand than ever. We have always strived to break the downward spiral of interconnected poverty and poor mental health by empowering disadvantaged clients with knowledge to tackle their problems and move forwards.

During 2023/4, our trained advisers helped over 31,000 local people with a wide range of issues, including debt, employment, energy costs, housing and Universal Credit.
