Purpose of Role:
Citizens Advice Leicestershire (CitAL) is looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about helping people reduce their energy bills and usage to join our friendly and dedicated County Adviser team. This post is funded by the Energy Redress Scheme to provide support to clients in, or at risk of, fuel poverty and is a fantastic opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of local people. Qualifications/Skills Required
We need you to be a great communicator, with a flexible attitude to your working environment , for a role that involves travel across Leicestershire to deliver energy advice appointments at community locations, CitAL branch offices and homes throughout the County. You will also represent CitAL at events, with support from our volunteers, and play a crucial role in embedding energy advice as a key component of our cost of living strategy. You will receive comprehensive in-house Adviser training and be required to successfully achieve an external Level 3 City and Guilds Energy Awareness qualification.
