What do you enjoy about giving advice at CitAL?

I really enjoy giving Advice, information and guidance, enabling clients to resolve their debt problems.

Why do you work/ volunteer at CitAL?

I used to be a self employed Tutor/Recruitment Manager and previously worked at Telford Town JobCentre as a New Claims Adviser

Is there anything you’ve done while volunteering / working with us that you’re particularly proud of?

I really enjoy working for Citizens Advice, as I feel like a valued member of staff.  I am proud to tell anyone that I work for Citizens Advice.  CA is a trusted charity and very supportive towards the staff and well being.  They offer all the training required to enable you to work your way up within the company.

Is there anything you’ve done while volunteering / working with us that you’re particularly proud of?

Yes I have managed to write off clients large debts, help clients make and achieve positive outcomes with their debt issues.
