Volunteer – Resource Researcher
Hours: 7 per week
Location: This will be a mainly remote role, although there maybe occasional meetings at local offices or locations:
- Leicester City Office
- Hinckley Office
- Coalville Office
- Blaby Office

What will you do?:
The Volunteer Resource Researcher plays a key role in supporting volunteers and staff when they are working with clients. The role could be non client based or with client interaction, person dependent. You will be a friendly and reliable point of contact, working closely with the office staff and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building, resourcing and maintaining a robust contact catalogue of local support and services available in each office area.
- Building networks for support and engagement with other support services to make assisting clients easier and smoother.
- Using Turn 2 Us grant search to find further sources of assistance for clients.
