We know the theory. We write the policies. But what happens in the space between the handbook and the reality of people’s working lives?
That’s exactly the question at the heart of HR in Action Live, a free networking event bringing together HR leads, people professionals and business leaders across Leicestershire for an honest, expert-led conversation about where HR policy meets practice — and what happens when the two don’t quite line up.
Hosted at the University of Leicester School of Business, this event is a collaboration between Citizens Advice Leicestershire, Lawson West Solicitors, the University of Leicester School of Business, and HSBC.
