As a Regional Navigator, your job is to chart a course for people through incredibly complex challenges. You will be their single, consistent point of contact, helping them navigate a system that can be overwhelming.

Crisis Resilience Triage Assessor
You’ll be the first person many of our clients speak to when they reach out for help. You’ll join our brand new Crisis Resilience Team, supporting people across Charnwood, North West Leicestershire, and Hinckley and Bosworth. You’ll listen carefully, work out what matters most, and make sure each person gets the right support quickly, whether that’s information they can use straight away or a referral to one of our advisers. As part of a new service, you’ll have a real chance to help shape how we work.

Resilience Coach
As a Resilience Coach, you won’t just help people solve today’s problem; you’ll walk alongside them as they build a more stable future. You’ll join our brand new Crisis Resilience Team, supporting people across Charnwood, North West Leicestershire and Hinckley and Bosworth. Working with clients over time, you’ll combine practical help with money, debt, benefits and housing with supportive, trauma-informed coaching, building their confidence and skills along the way.

Crisis Resilience Supervisor
As a Supervisor, you’ll be the person our advisers and assessors turn to for guidance, support and a steady hand. You’ll join our brand new Crisis Resilience Team, supporting people across Charnwood, North West Leicestershire and Hinckley and Bosworth. You’ll check the quality of our work and help staff and volunteers grow in skill and confidence. By making sure every client gets high-quality advice, whether face to face, out in the community or remotely, you’ll play a key part in helping people move from crisis towards stability.

Crisis Resilience Service Manager
As Service Manager, you’ll lead our brand new Crisis Resilience Service and shape how it grows from day one. Covering Charnwood, North West Leicestershire, and Hinckley and Bosworth, the service helps people facing some of the toughest moments of their lives with everything from benefits and debt to housing, employment and family issues. You’ll lead a team of supervisors, advisers, staff and volunteers, build strong relationships with funders and local partners, and make sure every client gets advice they can rely on.
