Primarily, we offer telephone appointments but if you need to speak to our Advisers face to face or via video, this is possible too. Please contact us by telephone first to discuss your issue – 0808 278 7970.

If you want to drop in

We don’t offer drop-ins in our office unless you’re facing an emergency such as eviction, court action, homelessness, no food/fuel or abuse.

Community advice sessions

If you need to have a face to face appointment but can’t get to our office in Leicester City centre, we have a number of regular advice sessions across Leicester City for pre-booked appointments.
