Specialist advice services
As well as general advice on a range of day-to-day issues, we also run specialist advice services for people facing more complex problems.If you’re having issues with money or debt, you can:

Our Leicestershire Energy Support Adviser can help you in many ways if you’re struggling to pay your energy bills.
You can contact our consumer service if you have a consumer issue like broken or faulty goods, or problems with energy, water or post. You can:
