Advice appointments

Primarily, we offer telephone appointments but if you need to speak to our Advisers face to face or via video, this is possible too. Please contact us by telephone first to discuss your issue – 0808 2787854.

If you want to drop in

We don’t offer drop-ins in our offices but we have a number of regular community advice sessions – no appointment is needed.

Citizens Advice and Macmillan Cancer Support are working together to provide welfare benefits advice to people affected by cancer. If you or someone close to you has a cancer diagnosis and need support with welfare benefits, ask your Cancer Specialist Nurse to make a referral to our service on your behalf.
